lovely time!
simple check-in great communication spacious room
I found checking in super simple! communication was great before i arrived. the room had plenty of space and was exactly what i wanted. It was also clean and the bed felt amazing! the shower was also a great addition. There was even a handy car park too.
the tv had some issues, that was a bit disappointing.

the hotel is close to a charming little pub, that's quite convenient. it is also only about a five-minute walk to get into the main part of the area, which makes it very accessible!

The room features modern led lighting, that adds a cozy atmosphere. it has fresh towels available. Toiletries were also thoughtfully included. overall the room was modern and felt very cosy indeed.

There is no breakfast available here. There aren't any food facilities either. i knew this in advance, so it didn't bother me too much. but others should know.

stylish stay close to everything
stone details friendly staff
the building had classic stone details and a tasteful modern interior. our studio apartment included french doors, so we could step into the gardens directly. i appreciated the staff who went out of their way to assist with our needs.
the room was quite cold when we first arrived. it took some time for the heating system to fully warm the space. the temperature issue detracted a little from our arrival experience.

the location was convenient, near local attractions and amenities. it was just a short walk to the heart of the areawith many options for food and drinks. free parking added extra convenience.

the room featured stylish décor and all necessary amenities including an iron and microwave. there was a good-sized television for entertainment. the bathroom included a good shower.

super stay with dogs
great location beautiful garden clean room
i had a really good stay location is great also it was perfect for travelling with the dogs the beautiful garden at the back with the patio opening onto it was super convenient for the dogs too it was just amazing. i really enjoyed the clean room it had good facilities too
the bathroom door lock broke i couldn't get in the bathroom i contacted the 24 hour concierge but there was no answer i had to go and find him it was really inconvenient

the room had a fan to keep us cool and also ghds i didn't have to worry about taking my own a fan is definitely useful during warmer months and having those extras made packing easier. mood lighting adds a great touch too

the check in was quick with code access provided before you got there it was simple and efficient i didn't need to wait at a reception desk and everything felt very streamlined. plus the staff was really friendly too

parking on site was free which is a huge plus it saved me money and hassle finding somewhere to park nearby and that's always a win. the lovely garden at the back really made my stay amazing

easy check-in clean room limited parking slow reply
The location was quite good. It was an easy walk to the lake. my room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. i liked the building itself. It had a lovely appearance. it was also easy to check in because i got the door code by email.
There wasn't enough parking. I didn't want to leave my car on the road. i also noticed there weren't any staff on site. It took a while to get a reply through messaging. the television didn't work, and nobody seemed to care. plus, i couldn't walk to where i needed to go.
